Case Studies on Civil law
教育目標 Course Target
本課程透過民事案例研究，分析案件所涉及之民事實體法以及訴訟法之爭點，藉由實務案件之分析、討論與整理，使同學具備解決法律爭點之能力，以作為日後執業能力之基礎。本課程的設計延續同學學習中的民事實體法與訴訟法，透過熟悉案例中所涉及的實務運用及法律體系，藉由案例的分析及闡釋，結合實體法與程序法，以奠定同學日後從事法學實務的能力。
This course uses civil case studies to analyze the issues involved in the civil substantive law and procedural law. Through the analysis, discussion and arrangement of practical cases, students will be equipped with the ability to resolve legal issues, which will serve as the basis for their future professional abilities. The design of this course continues the civil substantive law and procedural law that students are studying. By familiarizing themselves with the practical applications and legal systems involved in cases, through the analysis and interpretation of cases, and combining substantive law and procedural law, it will lay the foundation for students' ability to engage in legal practice in the future.
