本課程透過民事案例研究，分析案件所涉及之民事實體法以及訴訟法之爭點，藉由實務案件之分析、討論與整理，使同學具備解決法律爭點之能力，以作為日後執業能力之基礎。本課程的設計延續同學學習中的民事實體法與訴訟法，透過熟悉案例中所涉及的實務運用及法律體系，藉由案例的分析及闡釋，結合實體法與程序法，以奠定同學日後從事法學實務的能力。Through civil case studies, this course analyzes the disputes between civil physical laws and lawsuit laws involved in the case. Through the analysis, discussion and organization of practical cases, students can have the ability to resolve legal disputes as the basis for future professional capabilities. The design of this course extends the civil and legal law in the learning of classmates. By familiarizing themselves with the practical application and legal system involved in the cases, through case analysis and reflection, combining physical and procedural law to establish the ability of classmates to learn practice in the future.
