「社會法」是一門以社會互助為核心思想，保障一個人從搖籃到墳墓之生活化的課程。內容包括：全民健保、勞保、公保、軍保、農保、就保、國保和職災保險等社會保險，老人、兒少、身障者權益保障等社會促進，對犯罪被害、預防注射而受害所作之補償的社會補償，以及中低收入等經濟弱勢者的社會救助，和居住安全等。

"Social Law" is a course that takes social mutual assistance as its core idea and protects a person's life from cradle to grave. The content includes: social insurance such as national health insurance, labor insurance, public insurance, military insurance, agricultural insurance, employment insurance, national insurance and occupational accident insurance; social promotion such as protection of the rights and interests of the elderly, children and the disabled; social compensation for victims of crime and vaccination; social assistance for economically disadvantaged people such as low- and middle-income people, and residential security, etc.
