法學緒論含括法律學、現行法概要，希以本課程，使學習者能對法律有初步認識，奠定日後學習法律之基礎與熱誠。The legal theory includes a summary of law and practical law. I hope this course can enable learners to have a preliminary understanding of the law and lay the foundation and enthusiasm for future learning of law.
授課對象：法律系正科學生。授課內容：啟發學生認識研究法學任務，講解法學的基本概念與原理原則。法學是社會生活的科學。人與人從事工商交易、成立家庭、養育子女、承繼遺產以及參與政府組織、享用公共資源、行使公民權利、擔負社會義務時，均會受到法律之規範。因此，可以說法律是我們日常公、私生活不可或缺之科學。本課程即介紹公、私生活所必要的法學知識。
Subject of the course: a regular student in the Department of Law. Course content: start students to understand the research law tasks and explain the basic concepts and principles of law. Law is the science of social life. People are subject to the law when they engage in business transactions, establish families, raise children, inherit property, participate in government organizations, enjoy public resources, exercise citizenship, and engage in social affairs. Therefore, it can be said that law is an indispensable science in our daily public and private lives. This course introduces the necessary legal knowledge for public and private life.
