法學緒論含括法律學、現行法概要，希以本課程，使學習者能對法律有初步認識，奠定日後學習法律之基礎與熱誠。

The introduction to law includes a summary of legal science and current law. It is hoped that this course will enable learners to have a preliminary understanding of the law and lay the foundation and enthusiasm for studying law in the future.

授課對象：法律系正科學生。授課內容：啟發學生認識研究法學任務，講解法學的基本概念與原理原則。法學是社會生活的科學。人與人從事工商交易、成立家庭、養育子女、承繼遺產以及參與政府組織、享用公共資源、行使公民權利、擔負社會義務時，均會受到法律之規範。因此，可以說法律是我們日常公、私生活不可或缺之科學。本課程即介紹公、私生活所必要的法學知識。

Target audience: regular law students. Teaching content: Inspire students to understand the tasks of studying law, and explain the basic concepts and principles of law. Law is the science of social life. When people engage in industrial and commercial transactions, start a family, raise children, inherit inheritance, participate in government organizations, enjoy public resources, exercise civil rights, and assume social obligations, they will all be regulated by the law. Therefore, it can be said that law is an indispensable science in our daily public and private lives. This course introduces the legal knowledge necessary for public and private life.
