民法債編各論共規範數十種與吾人日常生活息息相關之契約。本課程在民法總則、債編總論所建立之基礎上，進一步聚焦於特色各異的契約，除依序說明其意旨與要件內涵等外，亦將適時針對其間重要之法律爭議為說明。在此不僅將引介學理上所提出之多元見解，另將大量補充司法實務裁判以供對照、比較，俾修課學生得以全面性的認識各該契約之具體面貌，強化其思辯法律問題及解決實際案例之能力。

The various treatises on Civil Law Debt regulate dozens of contracts that are closely related to our daily lives. Based on the General Principles of Civil Law and the General Theory of Debt, this course further focuses on contracts with different characteristics. In addition to explaining their meaning and connotation of requirements in sequence, it will also explain important legal disputes therein in due course. This article will not only introduce the diverse opinions put forward in academic theory, but also supplement a large number of judicial practical decisions for comparison and comparison, so that students can comprehensively understand the specific aspects of each contract and strengthen their ability to think about legal issues and solve practical cases.
