理論是系統化過的知識，因為系統化的關係，通常會較不易理解。社會工作理論的內涵主要來自於幾個面向：包括(1)理解人的思維及行為、(2)如何看待人之現況；(3)實務工作的取向。這些理論包含微視層面、中視層面及鉅視層面，從不同的視角出發，會影響到社會工作者如何去理解個案其及外在環境的關係，從而產生不同的認知與服務策略及方法。因此，本課程的主要目標在於依序介紹相關理論，並試圖將其與實務情境結合，以增進學生多維的思考。

Theory is systemized knowledge. Because of the systematic relationship, it is usually difficult to understand. The connotation of social work theory mainly comes from several aspects: including (1) understanding people's thinking and behavior, (2) how to view people's current situation; (3) the orientation of practical work. These theories include micro-level, meso-level and macro-level. Starting from different perspectives, they will affect how social workers understand the relationship between the case and the external environment, resulting in different cognitive and service strategies and methods. Therefore, the main goal of this course is to introduce relevant theories in sequence and try to combine them with practical situations to enhance students' multi-dimensional thinking.

本課程內容希望透過對「社會工作理論」的系統性介紹與討論，綜融、
統整過去的經驗和相關的知識。課程內容將從微視、中視、鉅視等架
構出發，分別介紹精神分析觀點、危機介入取向、心理暨社會派、任
務中心取向社會工作理論，以及中後期的生態系統觀點、增強權能觀
點社會工作、基進社會工作、女性主義社會工作等理論。以協助增強
學生對於社會工作專業的批判能力，融會貫通了解理論在實務實踐時
的重要性。社會工作專業時常被詬病理論與實務分離，但實際上理論
是實務工作時的一盞明燈，在工作迷茫時，可以指引處遇方向燈塔。
