本課程目標為建構社會工作大學部學生,具備社會科學研究的基礎運思與方法操作的能力。課程教導學生製定研究問題和設計研究。使學生能夠識別不同的研究設計及其適當的用途,理解數據收集方法及其使用科學知識,連結實務問題,並學習如何整理與解析研究成果,以促進社會工作實踐的學科目標。
The Foundation Research courses teach students to formulate research questions and design research studies. To make students be able to identify different study designs and their appropriate uses and understand data collection methods and their appropriate uses to use the scientific-empirical knowledge base to improve social work practice. That address human rights, advance social justice and promote well-being. Students learn how to communicate and apply research findings to practice and policy advocacy.
The purpose of this course is to build social work students in the university department, with the ability to think and operate basic social science research. Course tutorials students to formulate research questions and design research. Enable students to identify different research designs and their appropriate uses, understand the data collection methods and their use of scientific knowledge, link practical issues, and learn how to organize and analyze research results to promote the subject goals of social work practice.
