2150 - 社會研究方法 Social Research Method


教育目標 Course Target

課程的安排上,我們在上學期已經確立研究方向、提出問題、蒐集文獻資料、提出假設、設計研究方法與問卷等,各小組都發展一份可執行的研究計畫。這學期便是承接上學期的進度,繼續向前推行。因此,這學期的任務尤為重要,可以說是「社會研究方法」課程的精華所在。還記得上學期課綱上面的「說個故事,評個理」嗎?我們這學期就是要各小組開始評評理。評理,始重分析。這學期的教學目標是要讓大家學會如何分析手邊已蒐集完成的資料。以期中考為界,大致可將分成兩個部分,前半學期著重量化資料分析,後半學期則聚焦於質性資料分析。伴隨分析之後,就是如何架構與組織研究發現,這是本學期的第二個挑戰。相較於分析,第二個挑是很得花時間,磨練自己功夫的階段。請先記住一點,不是所有的分析結果都要呈現。同樣一份食材,你們可以煮成大雜燴,也可以是一道香味四溢、讓人垂涎三尺的精緻料理。 上述質量並行的課程設計,企圖糾正有些人對此兩種發法的誤解。我一直在課堂上強調,沒有什麼是最好的方法,只有更適合的方法。然而,嚴格說起來要讓各位在一個學期、半年的時間內學會不同類型的分析資料,實在不容易。要在一個學期就要讓各位學會這麼多東西,不論對各位或是對授課者而言,都是一種挑戰。但是,也請各位放心,我會盡量用淺顯易懂的方式,讓各位體驗、明白其中的樂趣。對我而言,社會研究方法這門課,學會如何做研究?只是最基本的目標。最終,也是最重要的目標是,讓各位懂得如何可以利用所學,各自說出自己的故事。 In terms of course arrangement, we have established research directions, raised questions, collected documentary information, proposed hypotheses, designed research methods and question papers during the course of our studies, and each group has developed an executable research plan. This period is to follow the progress of the previous period and continue to move forward. Therefore, the tasks during this period are particularly important and can be said to be the essence of the "Social Research Methods" course. Do you still remember the "Tell a Story, Review" above the class address? During this period, we need each group to start evaluating. Review, start re-analysis. The teaching objective of this period is to let everyone learn how to analyze the collected data on their hands. Taking the mid-year entrance examination as the boundary, it can be roughly divided into two parts. The first half of the year focuses on data analysis, while the second half of the year focuses on data analysis. After analysis, it is how to structure and organize research and discover it. This is the second challenge of this period. Compared to analysis, the second choice is the stage where you have to spend time and practice your own kung fu. Please remember that not all analysis results must be presented. With the same ingredients, you can cook them into a scent, or a delicate dish that is full of fragrance and mouth-watering. The above-mentioned course design and design make corrections to some people's misunderstandings about these two methods. I have been emphasizing in class that there is no best way, only a more suitable way. However, it is not easy to strictly allow you to learn different types of analysis data within a period of study or six months. It is a challenge for you to learn so many things in one study period. However, please rest assured that I will use as much as possible to use a simple and easy-to-understand way to let you experience and understand the fun. For me, how will the social research methodology do research? Just the most basic goal. The ultimate and most important goal is to let you know how to use what you have learned and tell your own stories.
