本課程主要在探討組織中的個體、團體及系統(組際)等各分析層面，尤其著重於組織結構、組織環境、組織間關係、組織行為、組織意向、組織文化、組織決策、組織政治、組織學習及組織變革與發展等相關議題，旨在增進同學關於組織理論及管理的分析、整合、應用與知識創造的興趣與能力。
