本課程主要在探討組織中的個體、團體及系統(組際)等各分析層面,尤其著重於組織結構、組織環境、組織間關係、組織行為、組織意向、組織文化、組織決策、組織政治、組織學習及組織變革與發展等相關議題,旨在增進同學關於組織理論及管理的分析、整合、應用與知識創造的興趣與能力。This course mainly explores various analytical levels such as individuals, groups and systems (internationals) in the organization, and focuses especially on organizational structure, organizational environment, organizational relationships, organizational behavior, organizational intentions, organizational texts The aim is to enhance the interest and ability of students in the analysis, integration, application and knowledge creation of organizational theory and management.
