教育目標 Course Target
本學期教學的課程內容包括：行政運作與管理，諸如：政府人力資源管理、政府財務行政與管理、行政倫理與行政中立等相關議題，以及行政學發展重要議題與個案的探討，涵括：政府革新、治理與課責、社會資本與組織信任及行政學新近議題之補充，同時運用多元化教學學習機制，例如專題演講、影片欣賞等，以擴大同學們的學習成效。
The course contents taught this semester include: administrative operations and management, such as: government human resources management, government financial administration and management, administrative ethics and administrative neutrality and other related issues, as well as the discussion of important issues and cases in the development of administration, including: government innovation, governance and responsibility, social capital and organizational trust, and supplementary recent issues in administration. At the same time, diversified teaching and learning mechanisms are used, such as special lectures, video appreciation, etc., to expand students' learning effectiveness.
