教育目標 Course Target
在上學期，教師闡述西方各國制度起源，以及行政與立法部門的運作方式。這學期課程要討論三個主題，分別是司法審查，政黨與選舉。循由比較理路探討司法審查，政黨生態，以及選制改革各項問題，期使學習者能夠得到通盤了解。
In the last semester, teachers explained the origins of systems in Western countries and how the executive and legislative branches operate. This semester's course will discuss three topics, namely judicial review, political parties and elections. Various issues such as judicial review, political party ecology, and electoral reform are discussed through comparative theory, so that learners can gain a comprehensive understanding.
