這學期首先要討論洛克批評霍布斯的邏輯不合情理,主張社會契約是要保障,而非限制個人的自然權利。他的論點得到孟德斯鳩呼應。
第二部份要談盧梭與革命反思。盧梭亟言自由可貴,不容他人將其意志強加己身。黑格爾和馬克思都受到他的影響,以融入群體做為體現自由的前提。
第三部份闡述功利主義及其修正,以格林「自由立法」和「社會立法」的正當性探討做為結尾。In this academic period, it is first to discuss that Locke criticized Hobbes' logic and that it is unreasonable to advocate social contracts to protect, not restrict individuals' natural rights. His arguments were answered by Mendes.
The second part is about Lusso and revolutionary reflection. Lu Suo urgently said that freedom is expensive and that others cannot strengthen their will. Hegel and Marx were both influenced by him to integrate into the group as the premise of freedom.
The third part describes the utilitarianism and its amendments, ending with Green's justification of "free legislation" and "social legislation".
本課程介紹西洋政治思想的核心與演變。由於思想是瞭解現象的基礎,本課程介紹西方政治思想的歷史發展,期望讓學習者瞭解不同價值,進而產生具有深度的討論。重點在於自由主義,並且就民主政治理論做深入探討。
This course introduces the core and evolution of Western political thought. Since thought is the basis for understanding phenomena, this course introduces the historical development of Western political thought, hoping to allow learners to understand different values and thus produce in-depth discussions. The focus is on liberalism and in-depth exploration of democratic political theories.
