由於國際經濟之蓬勃發展且國際經濟法涵蓋範圍甚廣，本學期講授以世界貿易組織(WTO)國際經貿法之基本理論架構為主要內容。WTO是目前最重要之國際經濟組織，就國際經貿規則之形成、執行與發展，及會員國之經貿政策均有深遠之影響，故WTO國際經濟法研究有其重要性。WTO之研究是一範圍廣泛之領域，涉及法律、經濟、政治、社會及文化等領域。本課程將以WTO協定規定、爭端解決案件及新回合談判之新議題為研究主軸，擬從法理著眼並兼顧實務，根據理論結合實務之原則，闡明國際經貿法原則，盡可能援引評析國際經貿爭端之具體實例，使同學掌握基本理論，期使同學認識國際經濟法規。

Due to the vigorous development of the international economy and the wide coverage of international economic law, the main content of this semester's lectures is the basic theoretical framework of international economic and trade law of the World Trade Organization (WTO). The WTO is currently the most important international economic organization. It has a profound impact on the formation, implementation and development of international economic and trade rules, as well as the economic and trade policies of member states. Therefore, the study of WTO international economic law is of great importance. The study of WTO is a wide-ranging field, involving legal, economic, political, social and cultural fields. This course will focus on the provisions of WTO agreements, dispute settlement cases and new issues in the new round of negotiations. It will focus on legal theory and take into account practice. It will clarify the principles of international economic and trade law based on the principle of integrating theory with practice. It will quote and analyze specific examples of international economic and trade disputes as much as possible to enable students to master basic theories and to understand international economic regulations.

國貿法規顧名思義就是規範國際貿易秩序的法律規定，包括國際貿易私法及國際貿易公法兩部分。私法部分泛指私人或廠商間的貿易規範，以私人或廠商間的契約為主；公法部分則以國家為規範對象，以國際間之條約、公約、協定為主。本課程將由私法部分出發，介紹並討論各種常見的國際商務契約的主要內容，至於公法部分則以介紹世界貿易組織及其各項規範為主。

As the name suggests, international trade regulations are legal provisions that regulate the international trade order, including private international trade law and public international trade law. The private law part generally refers to the trade regulations between private individuals or manufacturers, mainly contracts between private individuals or manufacturers; the public law part takes the state as the regulatory object, mainly international treaties, conventions, and agreements. This course will start from the private law part, introducing and discussing the main contents of various common international business contracts. The public law part will mainly introduce the World Trade Organization and its various norms.
