本隨著知識經濟時代與全球化趨勢之下，智慧財產權的有效運用，儼然成為高科技產業的核心競爭力。專利制度設計之目的固然在鼓勵、保護、利用發明、新型及設計之創作，以促進產業發展。本課程將藉由智慧財產權制度設計的本質-Trade off、智慧財產技術鑑價與融資、智慧財產技術預測、智慧財產權法與公平交易之交錯案例分析、智慧財產權紛爭有效解決方式，探討智慧財產制度設計可能產生的迷思。

With the era of knowledge economy and the trend of globalization, the effective use of intellectual property rights has become the core competitiveness of high-tech industries. The purpose of the design of the patent system is to encourage, protect and utilize the creation of inventions, new models and designs to promote industrial development. This course will explore the myths that may arise in the design of intellectual property systems through the essence of intellectual property rights system design - Trade off, intellectual property technology valuation and financing, intellectual property technology predictions, intersection case analysis of intellectual property rights laws and fair transactions, and effective solutions to intellectual property rights disputes.
