誠然，商事法對於企管系學生未來從事實務工作的重要性是不可言喻為。台灣法律體系所稱之「商事法」者，主要涵蓋公司法、票據法、海商法、保險法，其整體上係以保障交易安全為核心。惟晚近多元且豐富的商事法律運作，重新改寫了商事法的範疇與重要性，商事法律規範也呈現出不同的重心。礙於授課時間限制考量，本課程將以公司法、票據法、與保險法，做為課程講授的主軸，使修課同學宏觀掌握現代商事法律行為的基本內容，並在實際的實務運作中，瞭解其主要的爭議問題所在。Sincerely, the importance of commercial law to the future work of business management students in the business management department is indescribable. The "commercial law" referred to by Taiwan's legal system mainly covers the company law, the billing law, the maritime law, and the insurance law, and the overall focus is on ensuring transaction security. However, the diverse and rich commercial legal operations have re-written the scope and importance of commercial law, and the commercial legal regulations have also shown different focus. Considering the time limit of the course, this course will use the company law, vote law, and insurance law as the main axes of course teaching, so that students in the course can master the basic content of modern commercial legal behavior, and understand the main disputes in actual practice.
