We study how Fengtian creates an ideal environment for implementing precise methods and tools, and establishes a precise organization. The key management principles behind it are combined with Taichung precision examples and practices of Huiguo Industry, and learns the ideal environment for implementing precise methods and tools. The courses are our school and Huiguo Industry.
