Lean Management in Practice
教育目標 Course Target
研討豐田如何創造實行精實方法與工具的理想環境，與建立起一個精實組織, 背後的關鍵管理原則，搭配台中精機實例與慧國工業之演練實作，學習創造實行精實方法與工具的理想環境，上課地點為本校與慧國工業。
上課主題包括：
1. 效率。
2. 精實管理(TPS)。
3. 品質(QCC含)。
Discuss how Toyota creates an ideal environment for implementing lean methods and tools, and establish a lean organization. The key management principles behind it are combined with Taichung Precision Machinery examples and Huiguo Industrial's drills to learn how to create an ideal environment for implementing lean methods and tools. The class location is our school and Huiguo Industrial.
Class topics include:
1. Efficiency.
2. Thin Management (TPS).
3. Quality (including QCC).
