課程目標:教導學生認識有機官能基的轉換,引導學生從記憶學習轉向概念學習,並且使學生瞭解化合物之化學與物理性質。本課程的目標在於教育學生具有有機化學專業知識,學習以碳為核心的有機化
合物分類、國際命名規則、物性原理及從化性探討有機化合物的製備與,教學過程經由講述、分析思考、總結、歸納形成、評量等方法提升學生對有機反應及化合物的瞭解與興趣。
主要教學內容包括 一、有機化合物的構造 二、有化合物的物理性質 三、化合物的製備 四、有機反應機制及化合物的合成。
課程內涵: 課程依教學時數18週,每週3小時,安排教學活動,內容共分為14章講授,主要涵蓋:
1.化合物命名:系統命名規則與工業界常用之俗名。
2.化合物的結構與物理性質:化學鍵結,構造式表示法,共振與電子去域性。
3.化合物的製備:各種有基官能基之製備與化學轉換。
4.化學反應與機構:化學作用轉變的過程。
5.合成設計:利用官能基變化設計化合物的全合成方法。■ ※Course Objectives
Course objectives: teach students to recognize the transformation of organic functional bases, guide students to transfer from memory to conceptual learning, and let students understand the chemistry and physical properties of compounds. The purpose of this course is to educate students to have professional knowledge of organic chemistry and learn organic chemistry with carbon as the core
The classification of compounds, international nomenclature rules, physical properties principles, and the preparation of organic compounds from chemical exploration. The teaching process improves students' understanding and interest in organic reactions and compounds through lectures, analytical thinking, summary, analysis and evaluation.
The main teaching contents include 1. The structure of organic compounds 2. The physical properties of compounds 3. The preparation of compounds 4. Organic reaction mechanism and the synthesis of compounds.
The course content: The course is arranged according to the number of teaching hours 18 weeks, 3 hours a week, and the content is divided into 14 chapters of lectures, mainly covering:
1. Compound naming: System naming rules and common names commonly used in the industrial world.
2. The structure and physical properties of compounds: chemical keys, structural representations, resonance and electron de-domainity.
3. Preparation of compounds: preparation and chemical conversion of various functional groups.
4. Chemical reaction and organization: the process of transformation of chemical effects.
5. Synthetic design: a complete synthesis method of designing compounds using functional base variation.
