教育目標 Course Target

課程目標:教導學生認識有機官能基的轉換,引導學生從記憶學習轉向概念學習,並且使學生瞭解化合物之化學與物理性質。本課程的目標在於教育學生具有有機化學專業知識,學習以碳為核心的有機化
合物分類、國際命名規則、物性原理及從化性探討有機化合物的製備與,教學過程經由講述、分析思考、總結、歸納形成、評量等方法提升學生對有機反應及化合物的瞭解與興趣。
主要教學內容包括 一、有機化合物的構造 二、有化合物的物理性質 三、化合物的製備 四、有機反應機制及化合物的合成。
課程內涵: 課程依教學時數18週,每週3小時,安排教學活動,內容共分為14章講授,主要涵蓋:
1.化合物命名:系統命名規則與工業界常用之俗名。
2.化合物的結構與物理性質:化學鍵結,構造式表示法,共振與電子去域性。
3.化合物的製備:各種有基官能基之製備與化學轉換。
4.化學反應與機構:化學作用轉變的過程。
5.合成設計:利用官能基變化設計化合物的全合成方法。

■ ※Course Objectives
Course Goals: Teach students to understand the transformation of organic functional groups, guide students from memory learning to conceptual learning, and enable students to understand the chemical and physical properties of compounds. The goal of this course is to educate students with professional knowledge of organic chemistry and learn organic chemistry with carbon as the core.
Discuss the preparation and chemical classification of organic compounds, international nomenclature rules, physical property principles and chemical properties. The teaching process improves students' understanding and interest in organic reactions and compounds through narration, analytical thinking, summary, induction formation, evaluation and other methods.
The main teaching contents include: 1. Structure of organic compounds; 2. Physical properties of compounds; 3. Preparation of compounds; 4. Organic reaction mechanisms and synthesis of compounds.
Course content: The course has 18 weeks of teaching hours, 3 hours per week, and arranges teaching activities. The content is divided into 14 chapters, mainly covering:
1. Compound naming: systematic naming rules and common names commonly used in industry.
2. Structure and physical properties of compounds: chemical bonding, structural formula representation, resonance and electronic delocalization.
3. Preparation of compounds: preparation and chemical conversion of various radical functional groups.
4. Chemical reactions and mechanisms: the process of chemical transformation.
5. Synthetic design: A total synthesis method that uses changes in functional groups to design compounds.
