梅洛龐蒂的《眼與心》以其對文學繪畫的豐富探討在藝術領域的重要性不言而喻。然而，這部作品不僅是作者藝術觀點的闡釋，更嘗試透過藝術思考對科學思想展開反省。確切地說，在此書中，梅洛龐蒂以藝術的身體經驗反省笛卡兒借「自然之光」所奠定的思想（視覺）秩序，並進一步嘗試開創一種（以藝術體現）說哲學的新方式。本課程透過經典閱讀，引導學生建構分析原典的能力與問題性導向的思考；藉由不同翻譯版本的比對，逼近更精確的作品概念。

The importance of Merleau-Ponty's "The Eye and the Heart" in the field of art is self-evident with its rich exploration of literature and painting. However, this work is not only an explanation of the author's artistic point of view, but also an attempt to reflect on scientific thoughts through artistic thinking. To be precise, in this book, Merleau-Ponty uses the physical experience of art to reflect on the ideological (visual) order established by Descartes through "natural light", and further attempts to create a new way of speaking philosophy (embodied in art). This course guides students to construct the ability to analyze original texts and problem-oriented thinking through classic reading; through comparison of different translated versions, students can approach a more precise concept of the work.
