本課程之目的在於讓學生廣泛接觸禪宗文獻,培養整合禪宗史料、閱讀並理解禪宗典籍之能力。課程主要分為五個部分:一、透過《壇經》選讀了解慧能禪法的特質,奠定日後閱讀禪宗文獻的基礎。二、透過各種《燈錄》之紀載,了解洪州禪如何繼續發展慧能禪法,並開創出獨特一格的祖師禪禪風。三、藉由《碧巖錄》之選讀,增加學生對宋代文字禪的理解能力,並能理解唐、宋禪法的變化。四、閱讀大慧宗杲之《語錄》,瞭解他對文字禪、默照禪之批判,並熟悉宋代以降看話禪之特色與修行方式。透過閱讀與分析,培養學生領會禪宗公案之精神,不再因公案之閱讀門檻高而棄之不顧、視為畏途。The purpose of this course is to enable students to gain a broad understanding of the priest’s literature, cultivate the ability to integrate the priest’s historical materials, read and understand the priest’s classics. The course is mainly divided into five parts: 1. Through the selection of "Fortune", we can understand the characteristics of Huineng's teachings and lay the foundation for future reading of the priest's literature. 2. Through various "Light Records" records, we can learn how Hongzhou continues to develop Huineng's teachings and create a unique style of ancestral masters. 3. Through the selection of "Biyi Record", students can increase their ability to understand the writing of the Song Dynasty and understand the changes in the Tang and Song dynasties. 4. Read Dahui Zonggao's "Book of History" to understand his criticism of text and silent silence, and be familiar with the characteristics and practice methods of reading singular singular singular since the Song Dynasty. Through reading and analysis, we cultivate the spirit of the student leaders' case, and no longer give up or think that the road is afraid because of the high reading door of the case.
