教授強制執行之程序、法律規定及實務見解，期能學理與實務並重。
Professors are responsible for enforcing procedures, legal regulations and practical explanations, hoping to learn and practice with great importance.
課程概述 Course Description
使學生瞭解強制執行法規定各事項之內容，及強制執行應有之使命程序。俾從事民事強制執行實務工作及修訂民事強制執行法典，均 應有正確準據，學以致用。
Enable students to understand the contents of all matters stipulated in the Regulations on the Regulations and the mission procedures that are required for the Regulations on the Regulations. So that all civil enforcement and civil enforcement codes should be correctly implemented and applied to all civil enforcement work.
