Techniques for Sports Instruction

教育目標 Course Target

一運動訓練理論,說明訓練的基本理論,訓練原則,訓練的準備,訓練處方的要素、休息與恢復;
二運動訓練週期,涵蓋規劃訓練,訓練週期,年計畫,長期計畫與選材,賽前調整等;
三運動訓練的方法,包括肌力、爆發力、耐力、速度、柔軟度與協調等體能訓練。

A training theory that explains the basic theories of training, training principles, training preparation, training elements, rest and recovery of training prescriptions;
The second sports training cycle covers planning training, training cycle, annual planning, long-term planning and selection materials, pre-game adjustment, etc.;
The three-movement training methods include physical training such as muscle strength, explosion strength, endurance, speed, softness and coordination.
