教育目標 Course Target
隨著醫療訴訟案件量逐漸上升，醫事法逐漸成為法律人關注的焦點。本課程除一般法律人所注意之醫療訴訟/醫病關係外，尚擬就整體醫事法全部，按體系進行問題研討。期待同學能透過問題研究之方式，對醫事法有更完整的瞭解與掌握。
As the number of medical lawsuits gradually increases, medical law has gradually become the focus of legal professionals' attention. In addition to medical lawsuits/medical diseases that ordinary legal persons pay attention to, this course also conducts research on the overall medical affairs and system. I hope that students can have a more complete understanding and mastery of medical practice through problem research methods.

本科目相關書籍資料繁多，由同學任意檢索選用，惟應尊重智慧財產權，並於書面報告中引註符合東海大學法學研究格式。
There are many materials related to this subject, and they are selected by students at will, but they should respect their intellectual property rights and be notified in the written report that it is in line with the legal research format of Donghai University.
