隨著資訊的洪流捲入每個人的生活，專業人員之業務執行也逐漸喪失其權威感，民眾對於醫療從業人員之業務執行之不信任感與日俱增，舉世各先進國家之司法體制均面臨民眾對醫師提起民刑事訴訟之件數逐年增加之問題。然而，法學專家面對醫學的高度專門性，在事實發現、利益衡量與適當執法等層面也時常備感吃力，醫療從業人員對於成為職業風險之法律糾紛及司法制度也心生畏懼及敵意，民眾對於醫療案件的裁判結果議論紛紛，形成一個具有三面關係的社會問題。本課程之目標，在於帶領同學探究醫事法領域之相關規定及法律問題，使同學在紛亂繁雜的案例與意見中能去蕪存菁，建立自己之體系感與法感，養成正確處理醫事領域之法律問題之能力。

As the torrent of information becomes involved in everyone's life, professionals' professional execution has gradually lost its sense of authority. People's distrust of medical practitioners' professional execution is growing day by day. The judicial systems of all advanced countries around the world are facing the problem of an increase in the number of civil and criminal lawsuits filed against doctors year by year. However, faced with the highly specialized nature of medicine, legal experts often find it difficult to discover facts, weigh interests, and implement appropriate law enforcement. Medical practitioners are also afraid and hostile to legal disputes and the judicial system that have become occupational risks. The public debates the results of medical cases, forming a social problem with three aspects. The goal of this course is to lead students to explore relevant regulations and legal issues in the field of medical law, so that students can eliminate the essentials from complicated cases and opinions, establish their own sense of system and law, and develop the ability to correctly handle legal issues in the medical field.
