隨著資訊的洪流捲入每個人的生活，專業人員之業務執行也逐漸喪失其權威感，民眾對於醫療從業人員之業務執行之不信任感與日俱增，舉世各先進國家之司法體制均面臨民眾對醫師提起民刑事訴訟之件數逐年增加之問題。然而，法學專家面對醫學的高度專門性，在事實發現、利益衡量與適當執法等層面也時常備感吃力，醫療從業人員對於成為職業風險之法律糾紛及司法制度也心生畏懼及敵意，民眾對於醫療案件的裁判結果議論紛紛，形成一個具有三面關係的社會問題。本課程之目標，在於帶領同學探究醫事法領域之相關規定及法律問題，使同學在紛亂繁雜的案例與意見中能去蕪存菁，建立自己之體系感與法感，養成正確處理醫事領域之法律問題之能力。

As the torrent of information enters everyone's life, professional executions gradually lose their authority. The public's distrust of the medical practice from the industrial execution is increasing day by day. The judicial system of advanced countries in the world is facing the increasing number of civil criminal lawsuits brought by the public to doctors year by year. However, legal experts are highly specialized in medicine, and are often struggling in terms of fact discovery, interest measurement and appropriate law enforcement. Medical personnel are also afraid and vicious about legal disputes and judicial systems that become professional risks. The public discusses the judgment results of medical cases, forming a social problem with three-sided relationships. The goal of this course is to lead students to explore relevant regulations and legal issues in the medical field, so that students can retain their own system and legal sense in complex cases and opinions, and develop their ability to handle legal issues in the medical field correctly.
