教育目標 Course Target
國內有關勞動基本權利之判例尚不多見，講義將以日本之相關判例為教材，期待強化保障勞工權益之觀念，是為本課程之目標。勞動法之範圍相當廣泛，將集中在勞動基本權益保障之判例為課程內涵。
There are not many cases of jurisprudences regarding basic rights in China. The explanation will be based on Japan's relevant jurisprudences as textbooks. It is the goal of this course to strengthen the concept of protecting labor rights. The scope of the movement method is quite broad, and it will focus on the precepts of the protection of basic rights of movement as the connotation of the course.
參考書目 Reference Books
日本有斐閣出版 「勞動判例百選」第六版，上課時將以影印方式將講義分發同學，可能的話將預先發給，以便同學事先有預習的機會。
The sixth edition of "Sports and 100 Choices for Action" was published in Japan. During class, the lectures will be distributed in a photocopy manner. If possible, the students will be given pre-orders so that they can have pre-orders.
