人工智慧(Artificial Intelligence)、大數據(Big Data)、物聯網(Internet of Things)與雲端運算(Cloud Computing)等議題,已成為產業關注之焦點,本課程即以未來產業的設計與製造為導向,探討現行工業發展上最先進之設計與製造技術,對於整個產品開發之影響。探討3D電腦幾何模型建構、3D電腦建模的技巧、圖形轉檔、CNC加工、RP製造以及產品造型設計與開發、虛擬設計與製造、雲端設計與製造之應用、工業4.0的演進。研究上,並強化研究生瞭解,先進3D建模軟體的開發技巧,以從製造到自造的歷程,並以Matlab軟體,建構機器學習與深度學習在先進產品設計與製造之應用。並以SolidWorks API二次開發為基礎,使學生熟悉製造加工與電腦幾何模型與建構的關連,使學生充分了解先進設計與製造,在未來產品開發上,所扮演的角色與產品開發應用。Artificial Intelligence, Big Data, Internet of Things and Cloud Computing have become the focus of industry attention. This course is directed by future industry design and manufacturing, and explores the most advanced design and manufacturing technologies in the development of the industry, and the impact on the development of the entire product. Explore the techniques of 3D computer geometry model construction, 3D computer modeling, graphics transfer, CNC processing, RP manufacturing, product modeling design and development, virtual design and manufacturing, cloud design and manufacturing application, and the evolution of Industry 4.0. In terms of research, we strengthen graduate students' understanding of the development skills of advanced 3D modeling software, to use Matlab software to construct machine learning and in-depth learning in advanced product design and manufacturing applications. And based on the secondary development of SolidWorks API, students are familiar with the connection between manufacturing and processing, computer geometry and construction, so that students can fully understand advanced design and manufacturing, and play the role and product development application in future product development.
