教育目標 Course Target
1.學習與分析各種不同的商業模式,以做為餐旅企業在經營管理上的策略依據。
2.透過系統化的整理,使研習者逐步理解餐旅業經營上各種商業模式的關鍵脈絡,可協助研習者提升自身在企業經營與開創新事業的能力。
3.新商業模式的出現,具有其不可預測性,唯有具備商業敏銳度能夠把握商機的人,才能迅速崛起,故本課程將帶領同學針對既有的商業模式進行分析並提出優化建議,甚或進一步發掘新的顧客需求,對各種商業元素進行融合,嘗試提出新的餐旅商業模式。
4.培養碩專班同學對於商業分析的條理化能力與合理評價能力,以產生共學、共創的產業價值連結效益。
1. Study and analyze various business models as a strategic basis for the operation and management of hospitality companies.
2. Through systematic organization, the trainees can gradually understand the key context of various business models in the hospitality and tourism industry, which can help the trainees improve their ability to operate enterprises and create new businesses.
3. The emergence of new business models is unpredictable. Only those with business acumen and the ability to seize business opportunities can rise rapidly. Therefore, this course will lead students to analyze existing business models and put forward optimization suggestions, or even further explore new customer needs, integrate various business elements, and try to propose new hospitality business models.
4. Cultivate students in the master's program to organize business analysis and rational evaluation capabilities, so as to generate industrial value linkage benefits of joint learning and co-creation.
課程概述 Course Description
透過商業模式的研究與探討可協助本系學生實現客戶價值最大化、整合企業運行的各內外要素,進而形成一個完整、高效率且具有獨特核心競爭力的運作系統,並通過不斷優化的過程滿足顧客需求、實現顧客價值主張,同時使餐旅企業系統達成持續獲利的最終目標。
Through the research and discussion of business models, students in this department can be assisted to maximize customer value, integrate all internal and external elements of enterprise operations, and then form a complete, efficient and unique operating system with core competitiveness. Through the continuous optimization process, they can meet customer needs and realize customer value propositions, and at the same time enable the hospitality enterprise system to achieve the ultimate goal of sustained profitability.
