3.新商業模式的出現,具有其不可預測性,唯有具備商業敏銳度能夠把握商機的人,才能迅速崛起,故本課程將帶領同學針對既有的商業模式進行分析並提出優化建議,甚或進一步發掘新的顧客需求,對各種商業元素進行融合,嘗試提出新的餐旅商業模式。
4.培養碩專班同學對於商業分析的條理化能力與合理評價能力,以產生共學、共創的產業價值連結效益。

2. Through systematic organization, researchers can gradually understand the key links of various business models in restaurant and tourism, which can help researchers improve their ability to operate and start innovative businesses in enterprises.
3. The emergence of the new business model is unpredictable. Only those who have business sensitivity and can grasp the business opportunities quickly rise. Therefore, this course will bring students to analyze the existing business model and put forward optimized suggestions, or even further explore new customer needs, integrate various business elements, and try to propose a new restaurant and tourism business model.
4. Cultivate the physical and chemical abilities and reasonable evaluation abilities of business analysis in the judiciary class to generate the benefits of co-education and co-creation of industry value linkage.
