教育目標 Course Target

現今企業在面對未端消費者、通路客戶、委托代工客戶的挑戰,單純的符合法規要求,已不足以面對,而學習與國際接軌之食品管理系統,如BRC、FSSC 22000及SQF之架構,可讓學生充分了解好的食品安全管理系統應具備之條件,並且可熟悉工廠管理架構,培養企業管理人才。

Nowadays, enterprises face challenges from under-end consumers, channel customers, and commissioned OEM customers, and simple compliance with the requirements of laws and regulations is no longer enough to face. Learning the structure of food management systems connected to international companies, such as the BRC, FSSC 22000 and SQF, can allow students to fully understand the conditions for a good food safety management system to have, and be familiar with the factory management structure and cultivate corporate management talents.
