動物組織學是研究動物體顯微構造，各組成彼此在結構和功能上相關性的一門課程，因此極為重要，本課程的目標為讓同學學習分辨各種組織的判斷能力,包括組織的分布位置,結構型態以及各項生理功能,為日後研究上的應用提供必備的基礎知識。
本課程之授課內容與目標如下: 1. 動物解剖學和組織形態學之知能、2. 動物各組織器官、生理和生化學之知能、3. 藉由組織觀察更深刻認識動物體內不同組織的型態以及分佈、4.組織切片技術之知能、5. 免疫組織染色標定等相關實驗之知能。

Animal organization is a course that studies the microstructure of animals. Each organization forms a course that is related to each other in structure and function, so it is extremely important. The purpose of this course is to allow students to distinguish the discrimination ability of various organizations, including the distribution location, structure and various physiological functions of the organization, to provide essential basic knowledge for future research applications.
The teaching content and objectives of this course are as follows: 1. Knowledge of animal anatomy and organizational shape, 2. Knowledge of organs, physiology and biochemistry in various animals, 3. Understand the shape and distribution of different organs in animals through organizational observation, 4. Knowledge of organizational slice technology, 5. Knowledge of immunologic tissue staining and other related practical experiences.
