6516 - 家庭中心取向社會工作 Family Centered Approach in Social Work Practice


教育目標 Course Target

基於人性考量,維護「家庭」的完整性一直是社會工作者關注的主題。 又,近十年家庭暴力工作的處遇、以家庭為中心的兒少保護工作、老年保護工作、受到政府及社會強烈的關注,因此,以降低家庭風險為主的家庭社會工作亦在近十年快速成長。 只是,社會工作者在執行保護性業務之家庭工作也受到不少挑戰。 本課程是從推動保護性家庭社會工作實務的角度出發,目標在: 1. 知識面:家庭系統觀之本體論與認識論。「家庭為中心」工作概念下的社會工作角色。家庭風險威脅的成因。 2. 操作面:培養學生認識評估家庭的方法,有效介入的策略與阻礙,以利實務工作執行或實務督導角色扮演。 3. 研究面:認識「以家庭為中心」研究之方法論。 Based on human nature, maintaining the integrity of the "family" has always been a topic that social workers pay attention to. In addition, in the past decade, the experience of domestic violence work, the family-centered juvenile protection work, the elderly care work, and the government and society have received strong attention. Therefore, family and social work, which focuses on reducing family risks, has also grown rapidly in the past decade. However, social workers have also faced many challenges in implementing family work that protects businesses. This course is developed from the perspective of promoting the social work of protecting families, with the goal of: 1. Knowledge: The fundamental and cognitive discussion of family system viewing. Social work roles under the concept of "family-centric" work. Causes of family risk threat. 2. Operational surface: Cultivate students to understand and evaluate their families, and effectively intervene strategies and obstacles to facilitate the implementation of work or the role-playing of supervision and role-playing. 3. Research: Understand the "family-centered" research methodology.
