本課程希冀透過分析地方自治理論、自治類型、權力構造、中央與地方關係、以及地方府會關係等相關面向，一方面培養學生對地方自治的認知與研究動機，另一方面則讓學生明瞭地方自治、地方分權、以及民主政治的相關性。

This course hopes to cultivate students' understanding and research motivation of local autonomy by analyzing relevant aspects such as local autonomy theory, types of autonomy, power structure, central-local relations, and local government relations. On the one hand, it will also help students understand the relevance of local autonomy, decentralization, and democratic politics.
