The objective of TWTS (The Way to Success) course is Developing Servant Leaders of Integrity. There are three focused key foundations, (1) Leadership: developing leaders who add values to their sphere of influence, (2) Servant-hood: adding value to others by serving with an attitude of unselfish concern, (3) Integrity and Characters: having a consistency of character that is demonstrated by the alignment of words and action.
There are 14 topics and will be grouped in three categories: (A) Core Theme (TWTS) Intro, Servant Leadership, Life and Time Management, Trust and Integrity, and Failing Forward; (B) Leadership Skill Development: Self Understanding & Personality Difference, Conflict Management, Love and Dating, Career Development and Planning, Culture Intelligence and Global Mindset; and (C) Team Project Skills: Building Team, Creative Service Learning, Project Management, and Communication with Impact.
