臺灣已進入高齡社會,健康醫療照護產業將進入成長期,產值將大幅成長,成為重要的服務產業部門,也需導入現代經營管理的觀念與知識,以期妥善有效地運用資源,滿足民眾健康醫療照護之各種需求。
近年因資訊通訊科技快速發展,包括雲端運算與服務、物聯網、大數據分析、及人工智慧等,對於健康醫療照護服務之提供,也產生重大影響。如何朝向智慧化服務轉型、導入新興資通訊科技及系統、建立智慧醫療與照護服務,是目前健康醫療照護產業部門重要之議題。
本課程屬於跨領域整合課程,將以碩士班學生為主,大學部高年級學生為輔,讓修課學生對於健康醫療照護產業智慧化或數位化有深入的認識與瞭解,並針對目前智慧醫療及相關產業經營管理特定專題,進行探索與研討。預期修課學生能產生對產業領域知識(健康醫療照護產業)、智慧化科技運用、服務組織管理等三個不同學科,進行跨領域整合,有助於未來從事健康醫療照護產業智慧化相關領域研究或工作。
本課程旨在讓修課學生:
1.瞭解智慧科技如何運用在健康、醫療、及照護。
2.熟悉智慧科技如何協助健康醫療照護機構,進行服務改善或創新。
3.瞭解智慧醫療產業的價值鏈與生態系統。
4.評估與設計智慧醫療產業可行的商業模式。
5.掌握未來智慧醫療產品與產業之發展趨勢。Taiwan has entered a high-grade society, and the health medical care industry will enter a growth period, and its production value will grow significantly. It will become an important service industry department. It also needs to introduce the concepts and knowledge of modern business management, in order to properly and effectively use resources and meet the various needs of health medical care for the people.
In recent years, due to the rapid development of information communication technology, including cloud computing and services, network of materials, large data analysis, and artificial intelligence, it has also had a significant impact on the provision of health medical care services. How to transform towards smart services, introduce new information communication technology and systems, and establish smart medical and care services is an important topic in the health medical care industry.
This course is a cross-domain integrated course. It will focus on judiciary students and senior students in the university department as the basis for the study. It will allow students to have in-depth understanding and understanding of the intelligence or digitalization of health care industry, and explore and discuss specific topics of current smart medical and related industry management. It is expected that students can generate three different subjects, including industry domain knowledge (health medical care industry), intelligent technology application, service organization management, etc., and conduct cross-domain integration, which will help them in future research or work on intelligent related fields of health medical care industry.
This course is designed to allow students to:
1. Understand how smart technology is used in health, medical care, and care.
2. Familiar with how smart technology can help health care institutions and provide service improvement or innovation.
3. Understand the value chain and ecological system of smart medical industries.
4. Evaluate and design a viable business model for smart medical industries.
5. Master the development trends of future smart medical products and industries.
