資通訊產業是我國經濟的主要競爭力，年產值已趨兆元，教育部亦於96年起推動「資通訊科技人才培育先導型計畫」，積極培育高階的科技人材。這個課程則將著重於市場開發與行銷，將藉由邀請國內資通訊產業領導企業的高階經理與學生們面對面互動，以個案的方式討論目前資通訊產業現況與趨勢探討，讓學生們了解實際產業界現況。
