教育目標 Course Target
1.了解供應鏈管理之意涵 2.了解供應鏈管理相關資訊系統之概念 3.了解供應鏈管理之理論與實務之應用我們會用微笑曲線的概念貫穿生產製造、研發設計、行銷服務。會從標準作業的概念談到流程的精簡，到上下游供應鏈廠商的整合及企業營運模式的制定，進而歸納成"人"的供應鏈。基本上此門課會從人性自利動機的角度出發，讓同學了解企業供應鏈的根本問題。
1. Understand the meaning of supply chain management 2. Understand the concept of information systems related to supply chain management 3. Understand the theory and application of supply chain management We will use the concept of smile curve to ease production and manufacturing, research and development design, and marketing services. From the concept of standard operations to the precision of the process, to the integration of upstream and downstream suppliers and the formulation of enterprise operation models, we will then become a "personal" supply chain. Basically, this class will be developed from the perspective of a human self-interested motor, allowing students to understand the fundamental problems of corporate supply chains.

本課程的目的是講授供應鏈管理的理論和發展，為了避免課程過於理論而難以理解，本課程部分週數將採取個案教學的方式。
The purpose of this course is to teach the theory and development of supply chain management. In order to avoid the course being difficult to understand beyond theory, this course will adopt a plan teaching method for some weeks.
