全學期規劃安排5至6位富實務經驗的演講者，藉由課前研析演講背景資料，以及課程進行中與演講者互動，期待同學獲致豐富的環境、產業知識，深刻瞭解公司治理與經營管理各項課題。
The entire school period plans to arrange 5 to 6 lecturers with practical experience. Through pre-class analysis of lecture background information and interact with lecturers during the course, we look forward to students gaining rich environmental and industry knowledge and a deep understanding of the various subjects of corporate governance and business management.

The reference materials collected or edited by the instructor and the background reading materials for speech will be provided as pre- or post-school speech and supplementary materials.
