教育目標 Course Target
探討專案在規劃及執行時應考量之議題,如工作分解結構,風險評量,本課程以完整的專案流程與生命週期作為授課依據,使學生對專案管理有基本了解,並能將專案管理知識應用於所屬工作領域
Explore the issues that should be considered during planning and execution of projects, such as work decomposition structure and risk evaluation. This course uses a complete project process and life cycle as the teaching basis, so that students have a basic understanding of project management and can apply project management knowledge to the work area they belong to.

啟發及訓練學生成功的運用不同的知識,使學生如何擁有專案管理的基本知識技能, 同時透過案例學習實務經驗
The students who initiate and train successfully use different knowledge to enable students to possess basic knowledge skills in project management, and at the same time learn practical experience through case learning
