教育目標 Course Target
探討專案在規劃及執行時應考量之議題,如工作分解結構,風險評量,本課程以完整的專案流程與生命週期作為授課依據,使學生對專案管理有基本了解,並能將專案管理知識應用於所屬工作領域
Discuss issues that should be considered when planning and executing projects, such as work breakdown structure and risk assessment. This course uses the complete project process and life cycle as the teaching basis to enable students to have a basic understanding of project management and be able to apply project management knowledge to their respective work fields.

啟發及訓練學生成功的運用不同的知識,使學生如何擁有專案管理的基本知識技能, 同時透過案例學習實務經驗
Inspire and train students to successfully use different knowledge, so that students can master the basic knowledge and skills of project management, while learning practical experience through cases
