教育目標 Course Target
1.理解醫療品質及病人安全的意義及相關概念；
2.運用TRM(團隊資源管理)工具養成醫療團隊合作協作識能；
3.實務運用QC手法及風險管理工具(RCA)；
4.培養以病人為中心的文化與態度。
1. Understand the meaning and related concepts of medical quality and patient safety;
2. Use TRM (team resource management) tools to develop medical team cooperation and cooperation knowledge;
3. Use QC techniques and risk management tools (RCA) in practice;
