Lean Administration and Lean Services
教育目標 Course Target
精實行政及精實服務的概念、一系列重要精實工具之運用、及在組織內如何推動精實計劃等，透過授課、玩遊戲、小短片、討論、及分組動手練習等方式，將精實植入學員心中。本課程也特別談到如何管理一個組織的精實轉型（Lean Transformation), 包含精實專案的規劃、執行與日常推動精實的原則及措施，使學員完訓回服務單位後，知道如何開展及推動精實改善計劃。
The concepts of lean administration and lean services, the use of a series of important lean tools, and how to promote lean plans within the organization are implanted in the minds of students through lectures, games, short videos, discussions, and group hands-on exercises. This course also specifically talks about how to manage the Lean Transformation of an organization, including the planning, execution and daily promotion of Lean principles and measures for Lean projects, so that trainees will know how to carry out and promote Lean improvement plans after returning to the service unit after completing the training.
