在實驗室透過指導學生學習遺傳學應具備之實驗操作能力,培養學生遺傳學為基礎的實際操作學習,配合以分子遺傳學為基礎的基本核酸化學的操作學習,這包括細菌整個核酸組成的抽取、光譜定量分析,以及質體的微量純化、限制脢的切割、核酸電泳的操作,利用分子遺傳學的技術來研究發育生物學中器官的發育及訊息調控。In the laboratory, students should have the practical operation ability of prescribed teaching, cultivate students' actual operational learning based on teaching, and cooperate with the basic nucleic acid chemistry based on molecular teaching, which includes the extraction of the entire nucleic acid composition of bacteria, photomicroanalysis, as well as the micropurification of the quality, restricted cleavage, and nucleic acid electrophoresis. The technology of molecular teaching is used to study organ development and information control in development biology.
