在實驗室透過指導學生學習遺傳學應具備之實驗操作能力，培養學生遺傳學為基礎的實際操作學習，配合以分子遺傳學為基礎的基本核酸化學的操作學習，這包括細菌整個核酸組成的抽取、光譜定量分析，以及質體的微量純化、限制脢的切割、核酸電泳的操作，利用分子遺傳學的技術來研究發育生物學中器官的發育及訊息調控。

In the laboratory, students are guided to learn the experimental operation skills that genetics should have, and students are trained to practice practical learning based on genetics, coupled with operational learning of basic nucleic acid chemistry based on molecular genetics. This includes extraction of the entire nucleic acid composition of bacteria, quantitative spectral analysis, as well as micro-purification of plastids, cutting of restriction enzymes, and nucleic acid electrophoresis operations. Molecular genetics technology is used to study the development of organs and information regulation in developmental biology.

Guide students to learn the experimental skills required to learn genetics.
