Advanced Organic Chemistry
教育目標 Course Target
提升學生對有機分子結構的認識,進而利用分子的物理與化學特性,轉換為其他具功能性之分子。
課程內涵包括:
1.有機化合物的結構組成與物理性質、化學活性的關係;
2.化學反應的機制及產物的形成;
3.如何選擇合適的催化劑、試劑以設計有效的合成步驟;
4.學習逆徑分析以作為合成化合物的基礎;
5.聚合物的形成及物質特性;
6.生物分子的化學變化。
Enhance students' understanding of the structure of organic molecules, and then use the physical and chemical properties of molecules to convert them into other functional molecules.
Course contents include:
1. The relationship between the structural composition, physical properties and chemical activity of organic compounds;
2. The mechanism of chemical reactions and the formation of products;
3. How to choose appropriate catalysts and reagents to design effective synthesis steps;
4. Learn inverse path analysis as the basis for synthesizing compounds;
5. Formation and material properties of polymers;
6. Chemical changes in biomolecules.

Conduct in-depth discussions on the structure, physical properties, chemical properties, chemical reactions and organic reaction mechanisms of organic compounds.
