二.提昇個人心理素質,提高抗壓能力
三.增加比賽經驗,累計比賽經驗

1. Be able to master the basic skills of individual volleyball.
2. Understand your own personal shortcomings and strengthen practice during the training process.
3. In addition to strengthening personal skills, be able to integrate and cooperate with team exercises.
4. Observe the rules of the team and improve team spirit. 1. Improve personal fitness
2. Improve personal psychological quality and improve stress resistance
3. Increase competition experience and accumulate competition experience
