本課程以習慣領域學說為基礎，並以「模擬約會」活動主軸。學習⽬目標在於幫助大學男女青年，突破⾃己的習慣領域，勇敢⾛入校園，主動學習、參參與⼈際關係的良好互動；改變躲在電腦、手機前、沉迷「虛擬世界」的習慣，特別藉著”模擬”約會的經驗，增強在兩性關係互動中的信任與能⼒。
1. 須參參與「習慣領域(HD)」課程，掌握⼈際的社交習慣，主動學習並增加⾃⼰的⼈際溝通能力。
2. 進⾏模擬約會活動，觀察並反思⾃己的學習歷程，回饋過程中的心得，內化自己主動學習及人際溝通能。
3. 學習建立自己的人際網絡，開展⾃己的學習生涯。

This course is based on the theory of habitual domain and focuses on the "simulated dating" activity. The learning goal is to help young men and women in college break through their habitual areas, bravely enter the campus, actively learn, and participate in good interpersonal interactions; change the habit of hiding in front of computers and mobile phones, and being addicted to the "virtual world", especially through the experience of "simulated" dating, to enhance trust and ability in the interaction between the sexes.
