本課程以習慣領域學說為基礎，並以「模擬約會」活動主軸。學習⽬目標在於幫助大學男女青年，突破⾃己的習慣領域，勇敢⾛入校園，主動學習、參參與⼈際關係的良好互動；改變躲在電腦、手機前、沉迷「虛擬世界」的習慣，特別藉著”模擬”約會的經驗，增強在兩性關係互動中的信任與能⼒。
1. 須參參與「習慣領域(HD)」課程，掌握⼈際的社交習慣，主動學習並增加⾃⼰的⼈際溝通能力。
2. 進⾏模擬約會活動，觀察並反思⾃己的學習歷程，回饋過程中的心得，內化自己主動學習及人際溝通能。
3. 學習建立自己的人際網絡，開展⾃己的學習生涯。
