教育目標 Course Target
溝通分析(Transactional Analysis, TA)是人格理論之一,主要運用在教育、諮商與心理分析,協助個人成長、以及、同儕、伴侶、家庭關係的改善。本課程以教育為目標,協助個人心理健康的成長與自我增能。預期成效為鼓勵個人自我表露,探索個人的優勢與困擾,學習以同理方式,促進同儕人際的互動與衝突處理,並試圖尋求早期成長的脈絡,進而重新發展自我與人際架構的良好溝通模式。
艾瑞克.伯恩(Eric Berne)是溝通分析的創始者,出生於加拿大的精神科醫生,在紐約接受心理分析的訓練,他認為個人在自我悅納的前提下,透過開放個人的生命經驗,探索個人對其人格內在心理力量。
TA理論將人格分為父母(Parent, P)、成人(Adult, A)、兒童(Child, C)三個自我狀態,個人可從兩方面檢視自我,分別為1、靜態的心理結構,個人了解三個自我狀態的結構;2、動態的心理互動,個人了解自我與他人溝同時,當下所採取的自我狀態,並能判斷是否為良性的溝通。
而自我覺察將扮演重要的改變因子。
Transactional Analysis (TA) is one of the personality theories. It is mainly used in education, consultation and psychological analysis to assist personal growth and the improvement of relationships with peers, partners and family. This course aims to educate and assist in the growth and self-empowerment of personal mental health. The expected results are to encourage individuals to self-disclose, explore personal strengths and difficulties, learn to use empathy to promote peer interaction and conflict resolution, and try to find the context of early growth, and then re-develop a good communication model of self and interpersonal structure.
Eric Berne is the founder of communication analysis. He is a Canadian-born psychiatrist who received psychoanalysis training in New York. He believes that individuals should explore the inner psychological power of their personality by opening up their life experiences on the premise of self-acceptance.
TA theory divides personality into three self-states: Parent (P), Adult (A), and Child (C). Individuals can examine themselves from two aspects, namely 1. Static psychological structure, in which individuals understand the structure of the three self-states; 2. Dynamic psychological interaction, in which individuals understand the current self-state adopted when communicating with others, and can judge whether communication is benign.
And self-awareness will play an important factor of change.
