運用心理學之薩提爾家族治療模式的理論，強調人性、正向、自我成長與改變的可能性。透過三次體驗性課程，引導學生進行一段自我探索的旅程，主要內容包括「認識溝通姿態」、「關係花園」、「互動要素」與「個人內在的冰山探索」等
強調參與、體驗。
課程以短講、雕塑、示範、小組演練、冥想、分享討論與體驗性活動等方式進行。

Using psychology theory of the Satiel family's treatment model, it emphasizes the possibility of human nature, positiveness, self-growth and change. Through three empirical courses, students are guided to conduct a journey of self-exploration. The main contents include "Acquaintance attitude", "Relationship Garden", "Interaction elements" and "Iceberg Exploration in Personal Inside"
Strengthen participation and experience.
The course is conducted in short lectures, sculptures, demonstrations, group practices, meditations, sharing discussions and experiential activities.
