教育目標 Course Target
本課程以「未來的領導」為題,主要目標在於幫助大學青年學習如何面對充滿不確定的年代與大環境。全球化、工業4.0、新零售等新趨勢,以及台灣與中國大陸二岸關係都充滿了不確定性。高等教育該問:充滿不確定的未來,需要何種能力,何種人才才能因應。本課程將聚焦簡介:溝通力(語言與表達)、逆境力、創新力與團隊管理等四大領導職能,協助大學青年藉由本課程,務實地反思與自我檢視,逐步勾勒與建構屬於自己的「領導才能發展藍圖」。附帶一提的是,本課程以英語為主要學習語言,輔以團隊共學的課程設計,其目的在於提高學生在修習過程的實作與反饋,增進學習應用的意願與實踐。
This course is based on "Future Leadership", and its main goal is to help college young people learn how to face the uncertain era and the big environment. New trends such as globalization, industry 4.0, new retail, and the second-strait relations between Taiwan and Mainland China are full of uncertainties. Higher education should ask: What abilities are needed to be full of an uncertain future and what talents are needed to respond. This course will focus on the introduction: four major leadership abilities, including collaboration (language and expression), adversity, innovation and team management, and help college youth to reflect and self-examination through this course, and gradually outline and construct their own "leadership development blueprint". It is mentioned that this course is mainly learning language and is designed by team-based co-education. Its purpose is to improve students' practical and feedback in the training process and increase their intention and practice in learning application.
