教育目標 Course Target

本課程非常歡迎願意向日本人學習工作精神的同學修習,課程名稱的副標題為:国際農食育活動企劃實踐與區域推廣活動的團隊合作,由王崇名老師與加藤奈奈惠老師合開。兩位老師的分工王老師負責介紹食通信的精神0.5學分,大約參與三周的課程。加藤奈奈惠老師是主要的負責老師2.5學分,以三義鯉魚村做為實踐場域,融入日本食通信的精神(如後介紹),作為無毒米栽培農村作為基地國際農食活動實踐,提升學生認識與發現的自我能力以及實踐社會連結的方法。本課程也將引導學生與branding and promotion的專業老師與農家協同工作(組織製作和活動實施,那個反省),鍛鍊實踐能力。最後將引導學生認識NGO組織構築及營運,讓學生做在普通社會的創辦企業和為了問題的發現解決的試行錯誤。食通信的介紹如後:<食通信>不僅僅要有採訪能力、編寫能力,更是要寫出生產者的價值,這是一份有生命與靈魂的雜誌,同時雜誌的相片、插畫都需要有一流的專業技術與表現能力(敬請參考日本<食通信>網站http://taberu.me/)。此外,這一分雜誌也特別重視社群網站的溝通,消費者與生產者之間可以藉由這個網站相互關懷、學習,進而彼此尊重。總而言之,<食通信>是一份專業知能融入敘事力的極品實踐場域。本校已正式成立台灣〈食通信〉東海編輯基地,追求「食治世先治食」的理想,<食通信>是一份雜誌,附食材的雜誌,發刊的目的在於恢復生產者與消費者之間的關係,要讓消費者認識到生產者的價值,生產者也可以認識到消費者的真正需求,這一份雜誌的目標不僅僅是要促銷農產品,更重要的是在於恢復人與人之間相互了解、信任與具有溝通能力的關係,正是要生產者與消費者彼此培養發現美的眼睛。
發刊於日本東北岩手縣,努力修復生產者的價值與消費者之間的關係。一份深具社會實踐性的雜誌,決心改變下一個社會-人與人之間的關係。日本東北食通信的創刊理想,也正是本課程的學習目標:
(一)旗:「我是旗手。如果這世間真的需要這面旗,不管是人才或錢財,一定會聚集過來。」
(二)食:「想要讓食物背後的真實能夠被看見。讓生產者的食材和背後的故事一起送達都市消費者手中,想要串連生產者與消費者。」
(三)繫:「農漁業不單單只是生產糧食的工作,而是把自然界的海洋、土壤與人、都市和地方的生命連結在一起。」
(四)支:「建構出讓做的人與吃的人雙方,在新的社群中學習自助、練習互助的模式,讓這個想法化為具體可能的,就是CSA,Community Supported Agriculture。」這不是一份為了賺錢而辦的雜誌,而且必須是願意以一輩子的生命來承辦。這份決心是東北食通信創刊所立下的創刊精神,也是台灣食通信所必須延續的精神。
(五)通:限定了讀者的最大值,卻帶給我們選擇生產者時更多的自由。
本課除了學習〈食通信〉的理念之外,也將引導學生如何彼此共學如何編輯與採訪,以具備實踐〈食通信〉社會責任的能力。

This course welcomes students who are willing to learn the work spirit from the Japanese. The subtitle of the course is: International Agricultural and Food Education Activity Planning Practice and Team Cooperation in Regional Promotion Activities. It is co-organized by teachers Wang Chongming and Kato Nanae. The division of labor between the two teachers is that Teacher Wang is responsible for introducing the spirit of food communication for 0.5 credit, and participates in the course for about three weeks. Teacher Nanae Kato is the main teacher in charge of 2.5 credits. Sanyi Carp Village is used as the practice site, integrating the spirit of Japanese food communication (as introduced later), using the non-toxic rice cultivation countryside as the base for international agricultural food activity practice, improving students' self-awareness and discovery, and methods of practicing social connection. This course will also guide students to work collaboratively with branding and promotion professional teachers and farmers (organizing production and activity implementation, and reflection) to exercise practical abilities. Finally, students will be guided to understand the construction and operation of NGO organizations, allowing students to start a business in ordinary society and conduct trials and errors to discover and solve problems. The introduction of Food Communication is as follows: not only requires interviewing and writing skills, but also the value of the producer. This is a magazine with life and soul. At the same time, the photos and illustrations of the magazine need to have first-class professional skills and performance capabilities (please refer to the Japanese website http://taberu.me/). In addition, this sub-magazine also attaches special importance to communication on social networking sites. Consumers and producers can care for and learn from each other through this website, and then respect each other. All in all, "Food Communication" is an excellent practical field where professional knowledge can be integrated into narrative power. Our school has officially established the Donghai Editorial Base of Taiwan's "Food Communication" to pursue the ideal of "food governs the world first." "Food Communication" is a magazine with ingredients. The purpose of publishing is to restore the relationship between producers and consumers and to make consumers realize the value of producers. Producers can also recognize the real needs of consumers. The goal of this magazine is not only to promote agricultural products, but more importantly, to restore the relationship of mutual understanding, trust and communication skills between people. It is precisely to cultivate the eyes of producers and consumers to discover beauty in each other.
Published in Iwate Prefecture, Northeastern Japan, it strives to repair the relationship between the value of producers and consumers. A magazine with deep social practice, determined to change the next society - the relationship between people. The founding ideal of Japan Northeast Food Communication is also the learning goal of this course:
(1) Flag: "I am the flag bearer. If the world really needs this flag, whether it is talents or money, they will definitely gather here."
(2) Food: "I want the truth behind food to be seen. Let the producers' ingredients and the stories behind them be delivered to urban consumers, and I want to connect producers and consumers."
(3) Department: "Agriculture and fisheries are not just about producing food, but connecting the natural oceans and soil with the life of people, cities and places."
(4) Support: "Construct a model that allows both cooks and eaters to learn self-help and practice mutual aid in a new community, and turn this idea into a concrete possibility. It is CSA, Community Supported Agriculture." This is not a magazine run for the sake of making money, and it must be undertaken by someone who is willing to devote his or her lifetime to it. This determination is the founding spirit of Northeast Food Communication, and it is also the spirit that Taiwan Food Communication must continue.
(5) Communication: It limits the maximum number of readers, but gives us more freedom when choosing producers.
In addition to learning the concept of "Food Communication", this class will also guide students how to learn from each other how to edit and interview, so as to have the ability to practice the social responsibility of "Food Communication".
