教育目標 Course Target
In this course you will learn about yourself and others through self-assessment instruments, written reflections, exercises, and discussions. You will learn about behaviors and skills that help managers be more effective. You will also learn principles and theories about individual, interpersonal, group, and organizational behavior, and will have opportunities to see these in action. I expect each student to actively engage in class discussions and highlight their own personal and professional experiences so that others can learn from them.
