教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在藉由實例演習，使選修同學進一步熟悉民事法相關概念的操作。鑑於近年來國家考試之難度逐漸提升，本課程擬分為兩個學期進行，第一學期的內容側重於財產法的綜合演練，參考德國大學法學院國家考試複習課程的方法，強調固定解題流程（Aufbauschemata）的建立，期使選修同學取得分析、拆解實例問題，並迅速擬定解題架構的能力。
This course aims to further familiarize students with the operation of civil law-related concepts through examples. As the difficulty of national examinations has gradually increased in recent years, this course is divided into two sessions. The content of the first session focuses on the comprehensive training of property law. It refers to the method of revision courses of the National Examination of the German University Law School, and emphasizes the establishment of a fixed solution process (Aufbauschemata), so that students can obtain the ability to analyze, disassemble example problems and quickly determine the solution structure.
