教育目標 Course Target
本課程旨在藉由實例演習，使選修同學進一步熟悉民事法相關概念的操作。鑑於近年來國家考試之難度逐漸提升，本課程擬分為兩個學期進行，第一學期的內容側重於財產法的綜合演練，參考德國大學法學院國家考試複習課程的方法，強調固定解題流程（Aufbauschemata）的建立，期使選修同學取得分析、拆解實例問題，並迅速擬定解題架構的能力。
This course aims to further familiarize elective students with the operation of concepts related to civil law through practical exercises. In view of the gradual increase in the difficulty of national examinations in recent years, this course is planned to be divided into two semesters. The content of the first semester focuses on the comprehensive practice of property law. It refers to the methods of the national examination review courses of German university law schools and emphasizes the establishment of a fixed problem-solving process (Aufbauschemata). It is expected that elective students will acquire the ability to analyze and disassemble example problems and quickly formulate a problem-solving structure.
