教育目標 Course Target
讓學生以化學的基礎,瞭解生物體新陳代謝詳細的過程及其調控,以作為學習營養學、酵素學、食品微生物學和生物技術等生命科學的基礎。包括醣類、脂肪、胺基酸的同化作用、異化作用、產生能量的代謝途徑,以及其調控機制。
Let students understand the detailed process and regulation of biological new sciences based on chemistry, so as to learn life sciences such as nutrition, enzymes, food microbiology and biological technology. Including the assimilation, alienation, energy-generating pathways, and their control mechanisms.
課程概述 Course Description
學習醣類、脂肪、胺基酸同化與異化的代謝途徑,及其調控機制以作為學習營養學、酵素學、應用微生物學和生物技術等生命科學的基礎。
Learn the assimilation and alienation of sugars, fats, amino acids, and their regulatory mechanisms to be the basis for learning life sciences such as nutrition, enzymes, applied microbiology and biological technology.
