經由基本知識與觀念,包括細胞、三餐與代謝先了解肥胖之機制與原理,再藉由了解能量攝入(包括食慾、消化率、脂肪與醣類的消化吸收)、與能量消耗(包括代謝激素、脂肪與醣類的代謝),了解相關疾病(如代謝症候群、動脈粥狀硬化)與塑身之機制和原理,於課程中另將融入神經系統、消化系統與內分泌系統對進食的調控,最後將以本課程所學之知能應用於日常生活,包括膳食減重、運動與局部瘦身。Based on basic knowledge and concepts, including cells, meals and thanksgiving, first understand the mechanisms and principles of obesity, and then understand the relevant diseases by understanding energy intake (including food, digestion and absorption of fat and sugar), and digestion (including hormones, fat and sugar). The mechanisms and principles of disease (such as erectile syndrome, aphrodisiac sclerosis) and body shaping will be integrated into the control of diet by the neural system, digestive system and endocrine system during the course. Finally, the knowledge learned in this course can be applied to daily life, including dietary weight loss, exercise and local weight loss.
