Ageing Care Practice and Service

教育目標 Course Target

本課程著重引導即將步入職場的大四學生對於台灣社會的人口趨勢與老化議題、高齡者的身心、社會與家庭的相關理論、跨領域的照顧與服務實務有基本的認識與瞭解,並藉由長輩的訪談、場域的服務學習讓學生能將課堂中的理論與活動設計的學習,融入對於長輩需求的理解中,奠定未來從事相關專業工作的基礎。

This course focuses on guiding senior students who are about to enter the workplace to have a basic understanding of the demographic trends and aging issues in Taiwanese society, the mind and body of the elderly, social and family related theories, and cross-field care and service practices. Through interviews with elders and on-site service learning, students can integrate the learning of theory and activity design in the classroom into the understanding of the needs of their elders, laying the foundation for engaging in relevant professional work in the future.

期中作業:社區長輩訪談作業二份
Mid-term assignment: Two assignments on interviews with community elders
30 二人一組,應在9/25-10/16之間,根據9/25課堂討論的訪談大綱,進到社區進行長輩訪談。每組應完成兩份訪談資料,經過逐字稿謄寫並加以整理後作為期中作業及後續作為服務學習活動規畫之基礎資料。
東海社區服務學習:服務學習方案設計與執行
Donghai Community Service Learning: Service Learning Program Design and Implementation
30 服務學習期間為11/13-12/11。每一組成員約5-6人,應根據訪談的基礎資料與課堂活動教學,設計服務學習方案,進到社區服務兩次。一次主負責,一次觀察及輔助。
期末服務學習報告
Final service learning report
20 各組同學應將服務學習活動設計建立服務模組,於期末進行服務學習報告與反思
